The Canterbury Squash Foundation 2025 Golf Tournament was a resounding success, with around 80 attendees enjoying superb weather at Templeton Golf Club.

Long-time supporter of the event, Helen Bennington, was part of the winning team alongside Brian Partridge, Mark Forsythe and Barry MacFarlane, they are pictured below with the coveted Don Preston Cup.

Other prize winners on the day included Scott Butterick and David Schultz (nearest the pins), while Sue Wasley and Jackson Beresford took out the longest drive honours.

The Foundation extends its sincere thanks to all those who sponsored holes or donated prizes. Special thanks also go to Ed Post for generously donating his holiday home for auction, and to the NZ Squash Open for allowing the auction of a courtside table for a quarter-final session at the March 2026 event.
