Because of the small amount of entries made the losers of the semi finals. Stuart Davenport and I played off for the Special plate to qualify for third in NZ. The game went to five sets finally beating him in the fifth.

South Island JNR

This competition was held at the Burnside courts. I played well until the semi finals when I was surprisingly beaten by Jamie Bushell in four sets.

Canterbury JNR

At the Christchurch Squash Club courts I beat Jamie Bushell to be in the final with Stuart Davenport (This was before the NZ Champs) who beat me decisively.
